After playing the superslick thief in 'Dhoom 2' , Hrithik Roshan now wants to play the villain in the follow-up movie to 'Krrish' , too.
While it is no secret that Rakesh Roshan has been thinking of making the third part in the superhero series after Koi Mil Gaya and ‘Krrish’, uncertainty remained over when the project will roll.
Latest reports suggest that the movie will begin rolling in the second half of the next year. Hrithik is going to be busy for most part of the first half of the year with Ashutosh Gowarikar’s 'Jodha Akbar' and 'Zoya Akhtar’s' movie with Kareena Kapoor .'
However, in the follow-up flick to ‘Krrish’, Hrithik wants to play the villain instead of the superhero. The actor is quoted as saying that villainous roles have begun to excite him so much that he is willing to give up the superhero image.
But that is less likely to happen because if he plays the villain in ‘Krrish 2’, he will end up with three roles in the movie : Rohit, Krrish and the villain.
May be Rakesh Roshan would have to throw in some angle of human cloning in the film’s plot and produce an identical clone of Krrish to play the villain in the movie to fulfill Hrithik’s wish.
We shall wait to see.
